Kronos Timecard Report

Instructions

  1. Log into Kronos
  2. Navigate to My Timecard
  3. Choose Range Of Dates from the Time Period drop down and enter 1/01/2018 in the first field and 7/08/2019 in the second field

  4. Enter the start and end dates for your desired range and click Apply. Depending on the size of your range, this may take a minute or two
  5. Once your timecard table populates, right click on the Add Row table header and choose "Inspect" ("Inspect Element" in Firefox) from the context menu to open your element inspector
  6. You should now see the elements panel, with the "Add Row" header selected. Similar to the below screenshot
  7. Select the table element three rows above, your elements panel should look similar to the below screenshot
  8. Press Ctrl (cmd on Mac) + C to copy the whole table
  9. Paste the table's html into the Paste Kronos Timecard Here field below these instructions. Depending on the size of your timecard range, it may take several seconds for the html to appear.
  10. Enter the starting date you chose in step 3 in the starting date field
  11. Once the timecard html appears in the field, click the "Parse Kronos Timecard" button to generate the report.
  12. If all is successful, the two tables will populate with your timecard data. If something goes wrong, reach out to Raymond Selzer on Slack or email Raymond
  13. Click the "Download" button beside the "Hours" title to download a csv of the report.
